About Our Founder & President
In 2024, Wyatt Ferber founded Bottom Line Business Planning (BLBP), to help dental practice owners grow revenue, control expenses, and achieve sustainable profitability through data-driven business planning.
Wyatt holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he focused on quantitative analysis and strategic management. His professional experience spans financial analysis, data-based decision support, and entrepreneurial consulting, giving him a deep understanding of how well-run businesses translate financial and operational data into measurable results.
Before founding BLBP, Wyatt worked with entrepreneurs across multiple industries and saw firsthand how many highly skilled professionals struggled with the business side of their practice. Recognizing this gap in the dental industry, he built BLBP to provide practice owners with the same level of analytical rigor and strategic clarity used by top-tier organizations.
