Wyatt Ferber founded BLBP after working with entrepreneurs across multiple industries and seeing the same pattern repeat itself: talented, driven professionals who had built successful practices or businesses, but whose financial outcomes weren't matching their effort or their potential.

In dentistry, that gap was particularly clear — and particularly solvable. The data existed. The methodology existed. What was missing was someone to bring it together for North American practice owners in a rigorous, accessible way.

Wyatt holds an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, with a focus on quantitative analysis and strategic management. His professional background spans financial modeling, data-based decision support, and consulting with owner-operators across a range of industries.
